Just a quick question. Does the NZ Material Sample Kit include for instance all the black acrylic thicknesses (3.0 mm, 4.5 mm and 6.0 mm) or just one thickness. So are there 48 materials in the kit in all their thicknessess or just each material in one thickness (if so, which thickness?).

Hi Sue and Troy - we have sent the email now. (The timeframe indicated the cut off date for qualification for the offer, not when the offer was to go live). For the US sample kit go here: http://www.ponoko.com/showroom/Ponoko/usa-material-sample-kit-3004 and the NZ sample kit go here: http://www.ponoko.com/showroom/Ponoko/nz-material-sample-kit-2999

Hey - just one thickness. This thickness varies from one sample to the next - but typically it’s the thinnest one. This is so we could make the price as low as possible. And because the sample kit is about the look and feel of each material, plus how it engraves and cuts (rather than the thickness).

I am wondering if it is possible to pick up the material sample kit? Seems like I have to choose a shipping option..
May 26th, 2009 at 5:03 am
Great idea. Just order it through the site and we’ll let you know when to come and pick it up. We’ll include a shipping charge refund in the package you pick up.

If we signed up to be a Prime member in time (dates listed above), can we still get these samples for $45?
I didn’t see a statement limiting the time period to purchase these samples.
